WATERCOLOUR SIMPLIFIED: A ONE DAY WORKSHOP with DAMIAN GOODMAN

in this one day workshop explore your creativity with watercolour by using water to your advantage. Understand how the medium works, how to get loose marks, colour mixing, and learn the necessity of values. This workshop is designed to build your understanding of watercolour and its methods, for you to start to feel confident as you discover this beautiful, fluid painting medium. Damian will explain his tools including paper, paints, brushes and setup and why you need to use the right tools for the job.

 He will touch on techniques he uses and why he paints what he paints, demonstrating some of them and providing in person tips and guidance while you paint. You will paint with and without brushes to create simplified atmospheric paintings. 

Please note: entry to the workshop is down the driveway to the left of the building.
