ECO PRINTING with MARION MATTHEWS

Join us in the relaxing and highly addictive craft of eco-printing - whether you consider yourself creative or not, this is a beautiful, hands-on immersive workshop that will introduce you to the wonderful world of natural dyeing primarily with eucalyptus leaves. No experience required. By the end of the class, you will have some lovely, printed pieces to take home on both fabric and paper to cherish. You will never look at trees the same way again! Please wear covered shoes.

All materials supplied: $15 materials fee to be paid to the tutor at the workshop.

Marion is a textile based artist who works extensively with eco dying on paper, wool and silk fabrics. Her work is distinguished by the bright colours she achieves from her dyeing process without using mordents and other chemicals.

Tea and Coffee is provided, please bring your own lunch or there are many options for take aways just down the street.

Refund Policy​To assist in the management of this workshop a cancellation process is essential. Your cancellation must be emailed to:  info@swmakers.com.au

Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the workshop – refund 80% of workshop fee paid. Cancellations after that date 50% refund. No refund for cancellation 10 days prior to commencement of workshop.

Glyph Gallery & Creative Space reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum class enrolment is not reached 1 week before the workshop is due to commence. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be fully refunded.
