About the event
A one-day foundation workshop, learning the joy in observing and connecting through drawing.
Do you think “I can’t draw that!”? Here are the skills to begin your drawing adventure.
The workshop will be a blend of practical exercises and demonstrations covering the following: Line - looking for edges and contour, measuring skills, turning the three dimensional into the two dimensional, the perception of spaces - negative space, value, shape, form and contour. Followed by a quick discussion on using photography and photos to draw.
