About the event
In this two-day workshop (Sat 9 am – 4 pm & Sun 10 – 12noon) learn how to work with your chosen design either using direct or non-direct method using mesh. Then choose your colours, paying attention to the textures, the shapes, and how to manage negative and positive spaces in your design.
You will be shown how to cut and shape with tile nippers and how to achieve different effects using different shapes, sizes, textures, and materials to create depth and interest in your works.
On Sunday we grout and clean your mosaics.
Please note: entry to the workshop is down the driveway to the left of the building.
