Using a craft press, you can create beautiful prints on paper and fabric. Leaves contain tannins that react with iron to form a black pigment.

In this two-hour workshop you will select and arrange various botanical specimens on cotton fabric and quality paper to make a variety of unique images. These can be hand coloured and/or stitched to create prints that celebrate nature.

You may like to bring your own leaves as well as an apron or smock.

Please note: entry to the workshop is down the driveway to the left of the building.
